From our first meeting you will find that I communicate directly with a sensitivity to your needs.  My job is to prepare you for the journey ahead. I ask a lot of questions because I truly enjoy getting to know you, and I want to be sure I have a complete sense of how I can help.  You will be provided with the process, services, and contacts to make your real estate process as seamless and stress-free as possible.  

My negotiation style is firm and respectful, standing for your best possible outcomes. While in contract you will be contacted weekly, and often daily in the active parts of escrow.  And after your transaction, you remain a part of my ohana with invitations to client events, and the opportunity to receive an annual Real Estate Review to stay on top of your real estate investments.
