Aloha, I’m Li Hay.

I created MauiLiving.com as an expression of gratitude to my community. It is a place where I share the lessons learned, people, organizations, and businesses I love, and the culture and community events which make Maui so special. If there is something you would like for me to share, please reach out!

Professionally I assist people in real estate. I bring the professionalism of successful entrepreneurship in various industries including IT project management, marketing, publishing, and consulting to everything I do including my real estate profession. I prioritize clear and honest representation for my clients , take time to fully understand their desires and dreams, provide education about Maui’s unique market, and work in partnership to develop the strategies to realize real estate, and sometimes life, goals.

In 2024 I shifted my professional focus to helping people in my community more directly as a psychotherapist. You can learn more about my private psychotherapy practice at https://lihaymft.com. I maintain my Realtor Brokers license to provide a community resource for real estate issues and to match and refer past and new clients to great Realtors on the island.

I’m blessed to find myself often becoming friends with my clients. Being deeply involved in my community through volunteer work and philanthropy, I have formed strong connections within Maui’s diverse communities. I love connecting friends with the cultural and historical richness of Hawai’i, sharing the stories and history which make this place so special.

When not serving clients or volunteering, I can be found traveling, paddling outrigger canoe, hiking upcountry Maui with my puppy Lulu, or playing on my hobby farm where I am working towards self-sustainability.
